In Cannizzaro Caffè Lab, our coffee blends are tested for humidity and density level, roasted, and finally tested using the cupping method whether they meet our quality standards.

The accurate tests and checks, together with the brand new, fully automated production systems, allow us to ensure consistency and a high-quality product.

THE SCIENCE OF COFFEE ROASTING

Our Caffè Lab puts obsessive attention to the roasting process, which significantly affects the final drink’s quality and taste.

Green coffee, which are in our blends, are expertly roasted on dedicated roasting machines in small batches and continuously subjected to qualitative checks for every single origin and evaluated according to organoleptic characteristics by a panel of qualified tasters to guarantee the best in-cup result.
